How to Apply for UHS Class 4 Jobs 2024 ?

The application process for University of Health Sciences (UHS) jobs consists of two steps: online submission and manual submission.

  1. Online Submission:

    • Candidates must complete an online application form available on the UHS website at http://forms.uhs.edu.pk/jobs.
    • The form should be filled carefully, including personal details, educational qualifications, and work experience.
    • Once submitted, the form cannot be edited. Candidates should print the completed form by selecting “DOWNLOAD AND PRINT.” If downloading isn’t available immediately, the form can be accessed later via the “SEARCH” option.

  2. Fee Payment:

    • Pay the required processing fee via bank challan available on fms.uhs.edu.pk, at any Bank of Punjab (BOP) branch.
    • Attach the paid bank challan with the printed application form. Fees are:
      • BS 01 to 04: Rs. 100
      • BS 05 to 16: Rs. 500

  3. Manual Submission:

    • Send the printed form with attested copies of certificates, testimonials, CNIC, domicile, passport-sized photos, and the original paid bank challan to: Deputy Registrar (HR), Room # 12, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore.
    • Applications can be submitted by post or by hand at the Diary & Dispatch Section at UHS, by November 14, 2024, during working hours.
