How to Apply for latest University of Agriculture Jobs?

  • Applicants must apply on the prescribed Application Form available at the University’s website: https://www.uad.edu.pk OR can be obtained from the office of the Registrar, University of Agriculture, D.I. Khan.
  • Attach a completed Application Form along with detailed Bio-data and photocopies of all your educational documents, CNIC, Experience Certificates, and two passport size photographs.
  • Pay the Application processing Fee at any branch of Bank of Khyber Limited according to the post you're applying for. Make sure to attach the original fee deposit slip with your application.
  • Applications with insufficient processing fees won't be processed.
  • If you're applying for multiple posts, pay a separate fee and submit separate application forms.
  • If you're currently employed in Government, Semi Government, or Autonomous Institutions, apply through the proper channel.
  • Candidates for Animal & Veterinary sciences positions must be registered with PVMC.
  • Only eligible candidates will be called for Test/Interview. No travel allowances will be provided.
  • Make sure to bring original documents during the interview.
  • If you face any issues with receiving your Call Letter for Test/Interview, contact the courier service directly.
  • The maximum age limit for Faculty Positions is 55 years, and for administrative and support staff positions, it's 45 years.
  • CGPA below 3.00 will be considered as the 2nd division.
  • Candidates with foreign degrees/certificates must provide an equivalency certificate from HEC/PEC/IBCC Islamabad.
  • The University reserves the right to adjust the number of advertised posts.
  • Incomplete or late applications won't be entertained.
  • The territorial jurisdiction for the advertised posts from BPS-01 to BPS-16 is as notified by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
  • Disabled persons are encouraged to apply.
  • All new recruitments will be made on CP Fund scheme.
  • Submit your application to the Registrar's office before March 25, 2024.
  • Any errors or omissions can be corrected by the University.
